Red Swoosh Patch A small portion of installed Red Swoosh clients may have recently experienced an error message upon restart of the machine. To resolve this issue we have provided a Red Swoosh patch as a simple fix, as well as instructions to uninstall should you choose to do so. Note: Red Swoosh software acts as networking software that speeds downloads through a distributed network. Our software is not spyware/adware/malware, does not capture information about your machine or your behavior, and has NEVER been involved in the distribution of advertisements. Option 1: Install the Red Swoosh patch Click here to download and run the Red Swoosh patch. This should solve any existing error messages you have. Upon restart of your machine, everything should be back to normal. Option 2: Automated uninstall If you would prefer to uninstall the Red Swoosh client (RSEDNClient.exe), the easiest way is through the automated uninstaller: Step 1. Go to Start Menu and click on the Control Panel. Step 2. Select Add/Remove Programs Step 3. Select Red Swoosh EDN Client (remove only). Removal should take several seconds, and all Red Swoosh related components and files will be removed from machine. Option 3: Manual Removal Step 1.
