    hello.
    i have problem with your software: Red Swoosh
    i cant setup the software, the software cant connect to your network and i get reason:
    Unable to connect to the Red Swoosh network, please check your internet connection and try again
    the problem is on your network beacuse my computer and internet firewall works fine. please fix the problem
    fast as you can beacuse its over 2 days and the problem isnt fixed.

    ALSO I DISABLE MY FIREWALL AND NOTHING ITS STILL DOESNT WORK

    Thanks Eyal, sorry for the delay.

    Ok, so since you’ve reviewed the FAQ, that means:
    1) You are logged in as the Administrator user
    2) The IE “LAN Settings” dialog has no boxes checked
    3) You are running Windows XP or 2000
    4) You have disabled your firewall, anti-spyware, and anti-virus applications

    Is this correct?

    If so, please try the following:
    1) Is there a folder “C:\Program Files\RSSoft”?
    2) In that folder, is there a “RedSwoosh.exe” and “Uninstall.exe” file?
    3) Is there also a “client.ini”, “guid.ini”, “data.dat”, or “redswoosh.log” file? If so, please email them to us.
    4) Please visit this link and send us the result: http://www.redswoosh.net/install/client_ini.php

    Finally, for the more comprehensive test please do the following:
    1) Go to the Start menu and choose Run
    2) Type “cmd.exe” and press Enter
    3) Type “telnet www.redswoosh.net 80” and press Enter – the window should go blank
    4) Copy the following text to the clipboard:

    GET /install/client_ini.php?exeversion=2.014 HTTP/1.0
    Host: www.redswoosh.net
    User-Agent: NSISDL/1.2 (Mozilla)
    Accept: */*

    5) Right-click on the blank screen, choose “Paste”, and press enter a couple times – the window should (hopefully) fill with text
    6) Right-click on the screen and choose “Select All” and press Enter – this will copy the entire window to the clipboard.
    7) Start an email back to us, and paste (press Control+V) the result into the email.

    Thanks for your help with this, and we’ll get you set up right away.

    Make sure the user is not behind a proxy requiring authentication. Please note RedSwoosh installation doesn't support proxy authentication.
