Troubleshooting / User Help: Nothing happened after installing REDSwoosh

    After clicking on the RSInstaller.exe, it shows the loading blue bar, and then it closes. I checked for the folder in c:\program files\redswoosh and the folder and files are there. I checked in my task manager and redswoosdh is not there.

    I am thinking that Windows Vista doesn't support RedSwoosh.

    Hi Valord, your suspicion is correct -- we're working on the Vista bug now. I apologize for the inconvenience; we'll be releasing a patch for this soon.

    i get it too in media centre 2005 it says its running!
