    i downloaded rs client and double-clicked nothing happend.

    there is a exe file but it did not open

    how to install it.

    Can you send the page that had the link that you clicked on?

    Also, go to C:\Program Files\RSSoft and send us the file named guid.ini

    We'll then be able to troubleshoot your client and make sure that everything is going smoothly, and if not get to the bottom of the problem
