Did you know the Giants stadium has free wifi throughout? My girlfriend and I found a couple perfectly good tickets laying on the sidewalk, and despite my strong suspicion we were unwittingly playing the part in some strange social experiment, we picked them up and went to the game. And we won! Of course, right in the second inning the datacenter hosting several banks, MySpace, and us decided to blow a generator, and thus I was afraid my large investment in beer and hot dogs was about to go to waste. But fear not! Betwee free wifi combined and my ubiquitous laptop, all was right in the world. Now if only someone could make the free wifi at Union Square or along Fillmore to work, I'd be a happy man.
